"Technician Joe from Authority Mechanical was recently at our place for Dryer Vent Cleaning. This was the first time that we had Joe come in for this task. Joe was very respectful, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing. We gained a very clear understanding of how the system works, and the fire risk posed by the dryer lint stuck in the exhaust ducting. "Brian always exceeds my expectations when he works on my pool heater. He returns my calls quickly and is here to help me in a day or two. This time he said next day or for sure day after but in the afternoon of the day I called he called and said he wasn't far away did I want him to come over. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and did a few other preventative items. He made suggestions on how to avoid problems in the future and the cost for everything was very reasonable. I found out they do other work besides pool heaters so I'll be calling them again for other things. To top it off, they called me the next morning to make sure my pool heater was still working fine. "I contacted Authority Mechanical thinking that I needed to replace my 266,00 btu pool heater due to age, neglect and not having functioned since last season. Brian arrived (with a very pleasant outgoing personality) took photographs of the heater's internal parts, and explained what had to be done to repair the heater. The cost of the repair service was well worth my not having to replace a unit costing over $3000.
