10 Point AC Checklist

---

• Inspect compressor/condenser fan motor
• Inspect all control electrical components
• Inspect incoming power and control wiring
• Inspect indoor blower motor assembly and wheel
• Inspect and clean outside refrigeration condenser coil
• Inspect inside refrigeration evaporator coil
• Inspect and clean condensate drain line
• Verify correct refrigeration superheat/sub cooling levels
• Verify operating refrigeration system pressures
• Replace filter (customer supplied)

10 Point Heater Checklist

---

• Inspect inducer motor assembly voltage/amp draw
• Inspect blower motor, assembly and wheel
• Inspect and clean burner assembly and flame sensor
• Inspect system exchanger and venting
• Inspect all control electrical components
• Inspect incoming power and control wiring
• Check and adjust inlet/outlet gas pressure
• Check all gas heat safety controls
• Check inlet and combustion chamber gas line for leaks
• Replace filter (customer supplied)

5 Point Humidifier Checklist

---

• Check humidistat control operation/wiring
• Check water solenoid valve operation/wiring
• Inspect/clean humidifier water tray components
• Inspect water feed tube
• Furnish and install humidifier water panel

5 Point Hot Water Heater Checklist

---

• Check valves/pipes for possible leaks
• Check/clean burner tray assembly
• Check/clean pilot assembly, thermocouple
• Check HWH venting
• Check incoming gas line for leaks

• Inspect heat exchanger and flue venting
• Inspect circulating pump and controls
• Inspect boiler expansion tank
• Inspect gas piping and water piping for leaks
• Inspect boiler operating controls and components
• Inspect boiler safety controls and components
• Inspect boiler burners and pilot assembly
• Inspect and adjust inlet and manifold gas pressure
• Inspect incoming power and control wiring
• Inspect operating pressures and temperatures
